The Client:

Kintan restaurant is the first yakiniku-style restaurant in London and is expanding rapidly as the popularity of this type of food and cooking rises. Yakiniku, literally meaning ‘grilled meat’, is the Japanese take on the Korean barbecue and one of the most popular dining styles in Japan. Being Japanese, Yakiniku restaurants employ a little engineering ingenuity to provide smokeless table grills with subterranean smoke extraction so that the flavour of the food stays on your plate and off of your clothes.

The Project:

Kintan restaurant have just opened a new branch in Oxford Circus and required a new logo to be designed. They also wanted to redesign their existing food & beverage menus using brand new images. We are currently working on their new website design for the High Holborn branch that will complement their new ‘look’.

The Solution:

Get New Design provided professional photographic services to capture more than 70 dishes for the new menu design. The menu was then designed inhouse and printed and delivered to the client in an extremely tight deadline. As the new Oxford Circus venue was being renovated, we designed several logos and one was chosen by their Headquarters in Japan.
